Overseas Shopping Policy

Guidelines for Overseas Orders


  • Overseas Regions: All areas except mainland Taiwan (including Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu) are considered overseas regions.
  • Due to the higher costs of delivering overseas orders, please ensure that you provide accurate recipient information. Once an order is completed, it cannot be modified(shipping address, recipient details, or any order information).


  • Please be especially attentive.If incorrect recipient information provided by the consumer results in the inability to deliver , and the package is returned. Qbi will cancel the entire order, and the refund amount will be deducted to cover the round-trip shipping and associated delivery costs. 


  • If a situation arises where the package is signed for by someone else due to incorrect recipient information, Qbi will assist in resolving the issue, but can’t be refund. Please make sure to provide accurate recipient information.


  • If the purchased items includes promotional offer, the order may not be revert if a return is made. (Such as gifts with product combinations, shopping credits, free shipping promotions, threshold gifts, or membership upgrade rewards ).

Overseas After-Sales Service


  • Except for receiving defective or incorrect products, overseas orders do not have the option for returns or refunds. Please carefully review the ordered items and amounts before placing an order.


  • If you receive a defective ,items with missing part or incorrect product, please provide detailed photos of the defect within 7 days from the day the package is received, and mail to the customer service (hello@qbitoy.com) or inquire via the Facebook fan page. Be sure to include name, mobile number, and order number. We will process in order during business hours.

  • If overseas Customers return packages themselves without the consent of Qbi.and the shipping fees are paid on delivery, Qbi will not accept them. The shipping fees and associated delivery costs will be on the buyer. 


Overseas Ordering Information

  • We offer credit card payment  (Visa, Master, JCB). When making a credit card payment, you may incur "foreign transaction fees" or "currency conversion fees," which will be based on the exchange rates provided by the respective credit card banks.
  • We use "DHL" or " EMS” service for overseas shipping.
  • Shipping time is depending on the region, with an estimated delivery of approximately 5-14 business days. It may be extended based on the courier's delivery status and customs inspections. If customs duties are imposed, it is the responsibility of the buyer to handle them.


  • Refunds will be made to the credit card , and once the process is completed, you will be notified via email. If you need to reorder items, please place a new order.​

Customs and Import Duties

  • Overseas goods must go through customs in every country, and whether customs duties are charged is determined by the customs agencies of the countries. If customs duties are incurred for the package, the buyer is responsible.We appreciate for your understanding.
  • Import duties are levied by national customs authorities. The actual rates and associated costs for import duties are inquired from local relevant agencies.
  • If you need to pay customs duties, local tax officials will notify you with a customs notification. Subsequently, the customs clearance agency will contact you.
  • For any items purchased on the Qbi website, invoices will be provided in accordance with the correct amount required by law. We won’t give issuing invoices with incorrect amounts.​


Refused Freight Policy

  • If customer refuse to receive a Qbi package, resulting in the package being held at customs, we will be unable to cancel your order.In this case we can not give refunds.
  • If you are ordering Qbi products as a gift for a friend, please inform the recipient that they may need to pay customs duties. If the recipient refuses the package due to customs duties, resulting in the package being held at customs, we will be unable to cancel your order.In this case we can not give refunds.
