1. It takes 7-14 office-days for operation since we receive the portrait . Urgent requests are not available.

2. You can add a birthday card service to your order for an additional option once the order amount reaches NT$990.

3. Each order can only add the birthday card service once. If you need more than one birthday cards, please place separate orders.

4. Photo Size: Please provide high-resolution photos in 4*6 inches or in square, with complete face and clean background. Please send  to hello@qbitoy.com. 

   • Email subject【 Birthday card image + Your Order Number 】

   • Please provide the following information in the email:

     1.Order number

     2.Name of the purchaser

     3.Phone number

     4.Receiver’s nickname or full name

     5.Birthday message (within 50 words, optional)

   • Please don’t forget to attach the photo in the email !

5. If the photo is not clear enough, Qbi will contact you for another photo , which may prolong the production process. Please make sure to provide a qualified file.

1. The birthday card service can be added for only 1 NTD?
   ☑ That's right! This is a special service offered exclusively by Qbi for our customers.Please note it is only available for orders over 990 NTD.

2. Can I add a birthday card when purchasing Qbi through other channel ?
   ☑ It is only available on the Qbi official website.

3. If I want to give Qbi as a gift to more than one kid, how can I place the order?
   ☑ You can only add one birthday card per order. If you want to send gifts to more than one kid, please place separate orders.

4. Can I put my messages in the birthday card? 
   ☑ Absolutely ! Due to layout space, the message should within 50 words.Please email your message along with the portrait to hello@qbitoy.com.

5. Can I add birthday card without  picture?
   ☑ Sure! Please add the message ”no photo” in the order notes.

6. Can I choose other theme card instead of birthday card?
   ☑ Only birthday cards are available for now. Please stay tuned on Qbi for more theme card option in the future!
