Orders will be shipped within 2–3 business days after the order date (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. No deliveries on weekends or holidays.
During peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather conditions), shipments may be delayed.
Home Delivery: Actual delivery times depend on the driver’s route and schedule.
Convenience Store Pickup: Please check your SMS notification for pickup details and collect your order within 7 days of arrival.
Failure to pick up the parcel on time may result in additional shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer.
