Thank you for visiting and shopping at qbitoy.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

• The shipping rate is based on the weight and volume of the package.
• Customs duty required by each country needs to be paid by yourself.
• After your payment is authorized and verified, the package will be shipped in 3 business days. Please allow for up to 5-10 business days for your package to arrive after it is shipped.
• Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally cause delayed shipment. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
• If you return the package for personal reasons, and the reason for return isn't a result of a Qbitoy.com error, the cost of round-trip shipping will be deducted from your refund.
